The Art of Spiritual Diplomacy:
Creating a Field of Forgiveness
"Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.”1
This can be a mantra for you whenever you observe something that seems inordinate, out of place, unjust or not according to the principles that you follow in your life.
“Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.” The Lord Jesus, even in his hour of anguish, expressed the height of compassion and mercy, forgiving those who crucified his body. And in that hour, his spiritual practice washed clean the very place upon which those who were unconscious performed the act that Christianity sees as the great sacrifice. If the Lord could do this, can you not forgive those who trespass against you, who in any way seem to ignite or incite the fire of reaction within you?
The science of being includes the art of spiritual diplomacy whereby, even as the one is sending you what you perceive as negativity, there is already a field of forgiveness established within your aura by joy, by acceptance, by understanding whereby there is transformation of energy, transmutation of darkness. And yet, as you gain self-mastery, you no longer see that which appears to be coming your way as darkness as such but simply as opportunity once more to express forgiveness, mercy and grace.
If you live in the field of awareness as God in presence, then truly there is nothing to react to, for you live in the center of being where all is God. And yet, since you still abide within these flesh forms in self-mastery, when you feel the impressions of energy that [are]
not vibrating at the same level of beingness that you desire always to live in, then allow the beingness within you to transform that which washes upon your aura and consciousness in mercy light, in compassion's joy.
The unconscious are drawn to the magnet of light of the sons and daughters of God, seeking that light for their own wholeness. And thus as you raise the kundalini fire of the Mother within you to the crown and mercy abides within your heart and forgiveness in your eyes, there will come opportunity for resolution from many who are drawn and magnetized to your being because you have established the field of awareness whereby unawareness may be fulfilled in being. Therefore do not be surprised or moved or feel bereft when some come to challenge who you are, but realize that this has always been the way of opportunity for self-transcendence, resolution, fulfillment unto the One.
I extend now to each of you who are participating in this ten-day ritual of calling to mercy and forgiveness a greater field of acceptance of your own worthiness to be the instrument of mercy, compassion and forgiveness unto all. And my angels wash clean your auras, unburdening you with certain burdens that you have borne for lifetimes. The old garments are dissolved, the old ways are no more and you may walk fully as merciful ones, as bodhisattvas of the Spirit, knowing the new law of love as mercy, applying the Golden Rule within your life on behalf of all.
I breathe the wisdom of loving mercy upon you. Be mindful of mercy and let its expression be as a violet rose opened, whose aroma all may smell, whose fragrance heals, soothes and brings life into picture-perfect presence.
I am Kuan Shih Yin, Mother of Mercy. Upon my vine the birds sing, even as each of you as a delicate rose are there for elemental life to enjoy. Peace and mercy-fire be yours always. 1. Luke 23:34
