Avalokitesvara's release of Light was delivered through David Christopher Lewis messenger for the Ascended Masters.

Kuan Yin known as the Mother of Mercy in the East, has been worshipped by Buddhists for thousands of years. She is the greatest of Bodhisattvas and embodies the totality of compassion for humanity. She removes obstacles, erases past offenses, dispenses mercy, healing and spiritual graces, while always meeting the true inner needs of the soul.

"Hearer of Sounds"

Her shortened Chinese name,  Kuan Yin, means “Hearer of Sounds.” Her full name, Kuan Shih Yin,  means “Hearer of the World’s Sounds.” According to Eastern tradition, when Kuan Yin was about to enter heaven, as she stood on the very threshold, she could hear the cries of humanity. She did not enter but returned to help all who suffer in the earth plane. The term “Hearer of Sounds" can also be translated as “perceiver” or “regarder” of the world’s sounds. She is known in much of Asia as a divine emanation that answers the prayers of those who faithfully call upon her name.

Kuan Yin removes obstacles, erases past offenses, dispenses mercy, healing and spiritual graces, while always meeting the true inner needs of the soul.

Bodhisattva of Compassion

One of her many titles is Bodhisattva of Compassion. Bodhisattva is a Sanskrit word—bodhi meaning "enlightenment"  and sattva translated as "reality" or "existence." A bodhisattva is an enlightened being who has vowed to forgo higher realms and full liberation in order to assist those still struggling in the physical world. A bodhisattva cultivates virtue and pursues his/her spiritual career while on a path of self-sacrifice for the welfare of others and gives compassionate, loving service to humanity and to all sentient life. A bodhisattva (P’u Sa in Chinese) can be a person still in embodiment or a celestial being like Kuan Yin. At this highest transcendent level, the title is mahasattva.

Kuan Yin Mercy Prayer

Kuan Yin is a cross-cultural, nondenominational figure revered by many spiritual and religious traditions around the world. She serves the aspirants of all spiritual heritages and paths. Those who espouse a concept of an impersonal, formless divinity see her as an expression of the essence of compassion, or as a symbol of it. Others who acknowledge a personal Godhead view her as a divine embodiment of this virtue. Some view her as both the impersonal and personal manifestations of divine compassion, with no contradiction. She nurtures the growth of this quality in us through our devotions and our interpersonal relationships with others.

Kuan Yin's Missives of Mercy
On January 13, 2008 Kuan Yin began delivering a series called Missives of Mercy for those who would be bodhisattvas of love. In these releases of light, she desired to direct the currents of mercy into the deepest recesses of our consciousness. By our reverent and respectful attentiveness to this flame of compassion and forgiveness, she will weave a garland of light around the Earth. View list

Kuan Yin      April 23, 2005

Beloved Kuan Yin

You Are Ready for New Initiations
I Accelerate the Atoms within Each of You

In the presence of the Buddhas and you who are becoming the Buddhas, I come. I am your Goddess of Mercy, and I would continue in this sacred science of the distillation of time and space, beloved.
So we come again to a point where you are ready for new initiations. You have not always been ready for us, but we have always been ready for you to step forward and to know those points of self-mastery of the Buddhic initiations whereby time and space are transcended and you are enveloped in the lotus blossom of our holy offering.
So I come again to spin the silken fibers, taking from you those substances that you have taken upon yourselves unknowingly and knowingly, beloved. And as you have given this rosary this evening,¹ you have indeed taken upon yourselves substances of thousands that you had vowed to save when first you descended into this realm.
So I take upon my heart that which you may release unto me in this hour. I receive it graciously, lovingly, for am I not the bodhisattva ideal? And I take this substance, transmuting it back into its original form when released from the Father as that light substance given to you and to many.
Beloved ones, all is not well upon the earth, but all is well within your heart when you are one with us. And so, many thousands come, gathering to hear the words of the magnificent one Shakyamuni, Gautama, on the morrow.² And so if you would prepare to receive the golden nectar from his mind and heart, it would do you well this evening to enter into a greater understanding of your relationship to the Lord of the World and how at times when he has maintained that thread of contact with you—pulling, pulling, attempting to pull you nearer to his heart—you have gone out of the way in rebellion, in misunderstanding, not wanting the initiations, not wanting the light, not being willing to sacrifice those elements of self which you now have the opportunity to once and for all put into the flame.
So, cycles are moving. So, I accelerate the atoms within each of you. Each of you can be a solar system for us if the sun in the center is strong enough to maintain that magnetic attraction that will keep those [for] whom you are responsible tethered in their orbits around your solar light.
Did you not know that you are a son, a daughter of God? That is how we see you. That is how you must, from this night forward, see yourself. And when you greet another on the way, you will know the sun of the Presence of that one in holiness—no longer looking upon the outer personality with its imperfections, but looking back behind that outer shell to see the Sun Presence of that one. This is the solution to all interpersonal problems, beloved—that immaculate knowing of the God Presence of each one with whom you interact.
Do not forget, for it is only in the forgetfulness that you enter again into those momentums of darkness that we decry this night. And each time you forget who you are and who your brother is or your sister, you cause a tear to flow from my eyes. And some have seen me as the weeping Mother because of the forgetfulness of my own. Dry my tears this night. Dry the tears of the blessed Mother Mary by your devotion, your constancy, your compassion, your love.
Light, flow. Light, seal these and seal all those who are listening in holiness. I take star-fire substance from the outer reaches of the galaxies and bring them to this place for the sanctification of this hallowed space. I weave a sacred diamond light around this Hearts Center, sealing it in the oneness of your devotion.
It is time for those who have misunderstood you to know you as you truly are. Assist them by being who you truly are, beloved. For when you know whereof you walk and when you walk and talk with us daily in holiness, they cannot miss your presence of love, your presence of grace, the sweetness of your aura, the kindness that you exude and the compassion that you show in every work, in every deed, in every thought.
So, as you have heard this one orate the words of an ancient teaching this evening,³ learn to still the mind and set the mind firmly upon its course of knowing the Buddha always.
I am your Avalokitesvara. I am your Mother of Mercy. From my palms now flow to each of you golden-pink crystals. Catch them. Take them into your heart. See them growing as your merciful heart does grow through the love that you show to every part of life.
           [Kuan Yin chants:] OH   HRI
           HRI!   HRI!   HRI!

1.  Devotees gave the Golden Buddha Rosary, composed by the messenger under the guidance of Gautama Buddha, before this HeartStream.
2.  The day after this HeartStream was released was Wesak, when Gautama Buddha appears in the etheric plane each year in a sacred valley amidst the Himalayas and delivers a message to devotees of the One Light.
3.  Before the HeartStream the messenger read from The Way of the Bodhisattva by Shantideva, a previous embodiment of his.
