About El Morya

An Ascended Master Who Embodies the Will of God

The name “El Morya” may be unfamiliar to some. But it is more than likely that millions have heard about one or more of his past lives. Because of his tenacious love of the will of God lifetime after lifetime, El Morya has come to embody the quality of obedience to holy will. Today he serves from heavenly realms as the Chohan1 of The First Ray2, the blue ray of God's will, faith, protection and power.

Obedience Brings Blessing

Abraham. His story is told in the first book of the Old Testament. Both Jewish and Christian children alike have heard the tale of God’s call to his obedient son. “Get thee out of thy country…and from thy father’s house unto a land I will show thee.”3 God promised Abraham that his obedience would lead to blessing. He would be the progenitor of a great nation. Abraham left the house of his father. And God did bless him. Called the Father of Nations, Abraham, even in his advanced age, was sired a son, Isaac. From this lineage the Twelve Tribes of Israel emerged. El Morya was Abraham.

Camelot—a Vision of a Golden Age

In the fifth century, a ruler of mythical proportion enters life’s stage. Arthur was the creator of the Table Round, a culture of brotherhood whose rallying cry was, “All for one and one for all!” His holy knights were reputed for their bravery in battle and service to their monarch and his kingdom. No myth, this noble soul forged a glorious society where respect, justice, courage and truth prevailed—the mystical Camelot. El Morya was King Arthur.

The Price of a Principled Life—Thomas Becket and Thomas More

Twelfth century England finds the soul of El Morya incarnated as Thomas Becket, Archbishop of Canterbury, defender of the church and at odds with King Henry II. Conflict regarding the influence of the church in the political affairs of the realm rise to a fever pitch. And Becket pays for his stand with his very life, brutally slain within the environs of his own cathedral by four knights performing the king’s bidding.

Three centuries later, El Morya returns as Thomas More, Chancellor of England, during the reign of Henry VIII. And once again the soul of El Morya finds himself at loggerheads with the king of England. The same conflict of church and state arises, clothed in different circumstances. Separation from his family, years of imprisonment and finally a sentence of death by decapitation bring to a dramatic end in 1535 yet another embodiment of this unflinching soul. Thomas More’s final words to all who witnessed his execution were, “I am the king’s good servant, but God’s first.”

Akbar, Mogul Emperor—An Attempt to Foster Spiritual Brotherhood

A mere seven years later, El Morya returns—this time to embody in the East. He is Akbar, the greatest of the Mogul emperors. A ruler with refined qualities and varied talents, Akbar increased his kingdom through decisive action in battle but also diplomacy. He raised its culture through art, literature and architecture. Interested in all religions and religious practices but not the conflict they aroused, he desired to unify believers into one religion which he called the “Divine Faith.”

Service from the Heavenly Realms

In the nineteenth century, El Morya, while residing in the spirit plane, collaborated with two other unascended masters4Djwal Kul5 and Kuthumi6—to work through Madame Helena Blavatsky7 and others in order to teach occult mysteries to a larger body of mankind. The founding of The Theosophical Society8 by Blavatsky in 1875 would be a major vehicle for this purpose.

Lifetime after lifetime, love for the will of God was the driving force of El Morya’s soul, even to the laying down of his physical life as Becket and More. The striving of this “Man for All Seasons” won him his ascension9 in 1898.

Today, El Morya is the chief of the Darjeeling Council, a heavenly governing body who serves in an etheric retreat over Darjeeling, India. He works with many other ascended masters—Chananda, Kuthumi, Saint Germain, Jesus, Mother Mary, to name some—for the upliftment of mankind and an instilling within their hearts of a similar love for the will of God.

El Morya Teaches Us the Way to Know Life’s Purpose

In a HeartStream10 from June 13th, 2008, El Morya said, “Many desire to know their life's purpose. Few desire to know that purpose within the context of the will of God. And fewer still are able to let go of the human will fully to be absorbed into the heart of God's will through the sacred science and art of surrender. Those who meditate on God's love, wisdom and will within, day and night. create a sacred portal for their life's purpose to be fully outpictured."

Read now the words of this beloved master as he expounds on such topics as the nature of God, the Buddha, heartstreaming, the purpose of the rosary and the meaning of darshan.

1. “Chohan” is a Sanskrit word for “chief” or “lord.” A chohan is the spiritual leader of great attainment who works with mankind from the ascended state. There are seven chohans for the earth—El Morya, Lanto, Paul the Venetian, Serapis Bey, Nada and Saint Germain.

2. The first ray is the ray of God’s will. The ascended masters teach that the seven rainbow rays are the seven qualities of God that compose the color rings or spheres which surround the Solar Presence. The attribute of each color, or ray, is vital to our wholeness. The seven rays are God-qualities that appear as color vibrations. Each person in embodiment is meant to master these qualities:

Blue—the first ray: the will of God, faith and power
Yellow—the second ray: wisdom and understanding
Pink—the third ray: divine love and compassion
White—the fourth ray: purity and holiness
Green—the fifth ray: wholeness and abundance
Purple/gold—the sixth ray: service to life
Violet—the seventh ray: forgiveness, mercy and soul-freedom

3. Genesis 12:1-2

4. An unascended master is one who could ascend but has chosen to remain close to the earth in order to assist more directly its evolutions. In the East such a being is termed a bodhisattva.

5. Djwal Kul, also called “Master D.K.” or “The Tibetan,” is known in esoteric circles for his embodiment as a Tibetan master and also as an ascended being who assists planetary evolution. He was introduced to a wider audience through the writings of Madame Helena Blavatsky, co-founder of the Theosophical Society. Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, revealed that Djwal Kul had been embodied as one of the three wisemen, Caspar. Through The Summit Lighthouse and The Hearts Center, Djwal Kul has taught the importance of the holy breath and forms of breathing that promote spiritual and physical well-being and progress.  To hear the entirety of Djwal Kul’s message on union with the God within, click Djwal Kul, February 18, 2008.

6. Kuthumi, an ascended master serving on the yellow ray of illumination was embodied as Saint Francis of Assissi. Master psychologist, his assistance may be invoked as we work on subconscious as well as conscious patterns of behavior that limit our ability to outpicture our true nature of compassion for all life.  He serves now as World Teacher with Jesus.

7.  Madame Helena Petrova Blavatsky (1831-1891), born into Russian aristocracy, was an occultist possessing from early childhood psychic abililties. During one of her sojourns in Tibet, she was commissioned by certain masters to share occult knowledge with a larger body of students East and West.

8. The Theosophical Society was established in 1875 in New York City by Madame Blavatsky with the assistance of Col. Henry Steel Olcott (1832-1907) and William Q. Judge (1851-1896) for the purpose of compiling and teaching the occult sciences. The name of the society is derived from “theosophy,” a Neoplatonic term meaning "Divine Wisdom." The Theosophical Society currently has its international headquarters at Adyar, Madras, India. The Theosophical Society of America has its headquarters in Wheaton, Illinois and its British affiliate in London.

9. The ascension is complete liberation from the rounds of karma and rebirth. In the ascension process the soul becomes merged with her Solar Presence, experiencing freedom from the gravitational, or karmic, pull of the earth and entering the bliss of beingness within God’s eternal presence of divine love.

10. HeartStreams are up-to-the-minute messages from the ascended masters through their anointed messengers in The Hearts Center movement. These messages vibrate with the masters’ love and wisdom and anchor light in the earth as they are being delivered and when they are replayed in audio or video format. They teach, exhort, bless, uplift and direct us in specific actions needed to assist not only ourselves but our planet.

El Morya's Maxims

Good morning, everyone, God bless you. Yesterday Claire Brown recommended that we use the term maxims after I had said that I didn't really like the term dictates. So now we have changed all of the previous releases to maxims. And I appreciate the work of Maria Min and the nearly hour of time it took to do this. Thank you, Claire. Thank you, Maria. Today El Morya comes to release his twenty-four maxims.

1.  The magnetism of the will of God is irresistible to those in whom the lodestone of love has been fashioned over lifetimes of devotion and service to the Source.

2.  Your return to innocence should not be a lapse into ignorance.

3.  To increase the blue-flame power of divine volition manifesting through you, energize your aura and chakras with Solar radiance throughout your day.

4.  Spiritual victors immediately set a new and higher bar.

5.  Once you realize that a sacred trinity lives within you and enfires your heart, the all-power, all-wisdom and all-love of God becomes accessible to your soul to bless all life.

6.  Every soul-awakening moves you closer to your Sun-ship.

7.  Discover the nature of light and fire and you will begin to understand your Creator.

8.  Some attempt to replot their entire life journey, when a simple course correction may be all that is required. Refer often to your divine blueprint and your spirit map.

9.  My charge is to inspire and spur dreamers to become doers.

10.  The fulfillment of your life purpose requires you to complete each day's lesser goals now.

11.  First I reflected upon, then I absorbed and finally I lost myself in God.

12.  Never write concession speeches.

13.  If you procrastinate in completing the essentials, you leak portions of your essence.

14.  Resist every urge to respond to or comply with the innermost agitators of antipathy and the outermost arbiters of animosity.

15.  Imperil is vexing to your spirit and perilous to your soul.

16.  As you relate to yourself, so you relate to others. As you relate to others, so you relate to God. As you relate to God, so you relate to your Self. As you relate to your Self, so you relate to all.

17.  Intuitives are first great listeners who have accepted and responded to their inner voice.

18.  Only an enlightened pen is more powerful than a swordsman.

19.  The intensity of desires may be channeled toward high purposes through divine quickenings or diversions such as lucid dreams, heavenly intercessions and angelic miracles. These mystical happenings utilize the energies of desire to liberate and elevate the disciple.

20.  Freedom is an exceptional opportunity to experience light's domain within the soul.

21.  Two benefits of fair play are better karma and a nicer field of activity.

22.  Maintain your head; keep your wits; hold your peace. Then let go and let God.

23.  The saving grace within every answered prayer is for you.

24.  Completed spirals initiate cosmic cycles, which beget spiral nebulae.

Thank you, El Morya, for releasing these unto us. I'd like to comment on a few.

Number twelve is “Never write concession speeches.” That may seem to be a statement that is lacking in humility in the event that we do lose. However, what El Morya is saying is don't plan to lose; plan to always win. There's a difference between the audacity to plan and to execute everything in order to be victorious or to have our success and the understanding that even the best of us can fall or not be victorious in everything, and we should be humble about it. When Morya says, “Never write concession speeches,” what I sense is that by already having written it, you are creating the possibility that you will lose by actually putting energy into that possibility as a potential reality.

So anything that you start, finish. And the finishing of what you start is a victory spiral. And as we heard in the last one, “Completed spirals initiate cosmic cycles, which beget spiral nebulae.” Every spiral of light that you complete energetically initiates another spiral, another cycle of light, which ultimately ends up, as you gain cosmic consciousness, in begetting a spiral nebula. We know we are connected with everything in the universe, and so every decision we make and every victory that we experience is really a greater victory than we know. We can move worlds; we can traverse the highways of cosmos through our focused will, one with God's will.

I love number nine. I think this is one that is true-blue Morya all the way. “My charge is to inspire and spur dreamers to become doers.” That is El Morya to the max. He both inspires and spurs. Inspire comes first because some people don't require the spur if they're first inspired and take action. The spur is only there as a goad when we're lazy or we require a little bit of extra oomph because we're not really using that inspiration that El Morya provides for us to be true-blue doers. I believe our heartfriends are doers, and thank you for being a doer. And thank you, by being a doer, for being a door, a doorway of light, to this planet.

Number four is “Spiritual victors immediately set a new and higher bar.” We never gloat in our victory, as we heard yesterday from Lanto: “Better to celebrate a harmonious loss than to gloat upon a discordant victory.” Spiritual victors immediately set a new and higher bar. They don't celebrate that victory and then stultify it by having a setback. They're always moving to the next level by setting the bar higher. We know this.

I love number two: “Your return to innocence should not be a lapse into ignorance.” We all desire to be childlike—not childish, but childlike. When we are childlike we are in our true innocence, where we access our inner senses, our higher senses. Yet we are not in a childish state, where we are ignorant. Many of us had been in a childish state of ignorance until we got it and we entered the path, stuck to the path, realized what our goal is and our mission in life: to support the work of the ascended masters, to reach our own Self-enlightened state, or Self-realized state. And we really have to do that. No matter what else we do, we have to move toward that.

Our work is just a means to achieving liberation, Self-realization, enlightenment and eternal freedom. So the work is a means to an end. The work is important, yet if we work, work, work and we're not reaching Self-realization, we'll have to come back. So Self-realization, enlightenment and liberation are major goals for us, even while we work to serve sentient beings, to serve the masters and to complete our mission. They go hand in hand. It's essential to do the work in order to liberate yourself, and yet you have to be self-liberated, by God's grace, by reaching that enlightened state through prayer and meditation, deep introspection, self-analysis, working on your psychology. This is the daily spiritual grind that we are in. It doesn't have to be a negative grind; it's the grinding of the divine wheat into flour, which we use to bake for our own nourishment.

Number one is beautiful: “The magnetism of the will of God is irresistible to those in whom the lodestone of love has been fashioned over lifetimes of devotion and service to the Source.” The more we have this lodestone of love, the greater that lodestone has the magnetism within it to move us closer and closer to God through God's will—by abiding in God's will, by fulfilling God's will in our life. We have this lodestone of love, which has been there since before we were born into this lifetime. Many of us knew from an early age that we had a mission. We were different than most people. We had gifts to give. We had something deep and wonderful to fulfill in our life. And so we were seeking the right teacher, the right books, the right teachings and the understandings to move us into our highest vibration, our pure estate so that we could be in that mode of a true life lived to the glory of God and fulfilling our raison d'être.

I love number eleven: “First I reflected upon, then I absorbed and finally I lost myself in God.” He lost the lesser self and of course he gained the greater Self. First you reflect upon God—you really meditate upon God. At first you may think of God as outside of you. Then when you begin to absorb God, you realize you have always been God internally. And as you absorb more and more of God, you reach that state of godliness, where finally you lose all sense of self outside of God because you've completely absorbed God and you've been absorbed into God: Drink me while I am drinking thee; absorb me while I am absorbing thee. You lose yourself in God.

“Imperil is vexing to your spirit and perilous to your soul.” We know this. We have the word imperil and then perilous. Imperil is the state of agitation in which your aura is in a volatile condition. It's not the divine fire that's emanating from you; it's that state that in Spanish is referred to as echando chispas, meaning “giving off sparks.” I remember hearing that term in Spanish 1 or 2 in high school. I meditated on giving off sparks. Wow! Echando chispas.

So don't be in that state of agitation, because that imperil will consume you. When you feel you've been wronged by another, there is a tendency to embroil yourself and revolve the sense of injustice. That is the beginning of imperil, anxiety, fear. All of these are the beginning of imperil. So we have to cut imperil out as a potential in our life by never embracing the negatives and wallowing in them.

“Only an enlightened pen is more powerful than a swordsman.” This is a takeoff on the ancient adage “The pen is mightier than the sword.” It has to be an enlightened pen. Many write books and novels, yet they're not doing anything of permanent value for humanity. There are romance novels that titillate people's emotional bodies and keep them in a dreamy world. Those are not enlightened pens. They may be very well written and crafted and they are very magnetic to people who want to get out of their current situation and be in this dream world. Yet the true enlightened pens are the Francis Bacons. He actually had these guys called pens—pen as a noun, as an individual—who assisted him with the Shakespearean plays. Brian Sweeney told us about that.

“Only an enlightened pen is more powerful than a swordsman.” Now, what is a swordsman? One who uses the sacred Word. So the sacred Word is pretty powerful; swords are intense and powerful. Yet the enlightened pen can bring into manifestation amazing teachings that have a wider audience and a very rich, flavorful, bountiful truth that emanates through what the that pen writes, teaches, exhibits, shares.

There are enlightened pens on the Earth today. Eckhart Tolle is an enlightened pen. And Richard Bach, with his books, is an enlightened pen. You can think of many. Wayne Dyer, who passed on recently, was gradually more enlightened as he evolved himself in understanding, and eventually he found Saint Germain in the I AM Books. He even found Omraam and Peter Deunov late in his life. He was an enlightened pen for many, many souls. Michael Beckwith of the Agape Church in Los Angeles is an enlightened pen. There are many who have the enlightenment and then they write. They have the awakening and the truth revealed, the connection with the masters, and then they write. And through their writing they are perfusing throughout the Earth these cosmic truths.

Of course Dannion Brinkley is another enlightened pen and a great friend. His third book is amazing. Even though I don't like the term channeled, I feel that this book is divine truth, beautifully articulated words that just flowed right through him. The words are absolutely awesome. And of course the first book is his best seller, Saved by the Light. If you haven't read the third book, I encourage you to read it. We sell it through our store, I believe, and it is totally awesome.

I could go on and on reflecting on these. I'd like to give Cathleen and all of you an opportunity to end the service with a song of your choice. Thank you so much for being with us today. God bless you. Thank you, El Morya, for shining your light on our planet and into our lives.

Have a wonderful day, and today at 5:30 Mountain Time Mother Mary will be giving a dictation through me, broadcast through Viña del Mar in South America, in Chile. So I look forward to being with you then if you choose to tune in. Take care.
